Shipping policy

We ship worldwide (with some exceptions).

All in stock products are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 2-4 days. However, during busy periods or around holidays there may be delays. KC Airsoft cannot make guarantees as to how long orders will take to ship, or to arrive. We work our hardest to get orders out as soon as possible. Packages are picked up once per week by the courier.

Postage and packaging is charged at cost. You can use the postage calculator on the checkout page to see the shipping prices for the items you wish to purchase.

It is the customer’s responsibility to submit the correct shipping address. KC Airsoft cannot be held responsible for orders lost, delayed or returned due to the customer entering the incorrect shipping address. If an error is found, we will contact you to confirm the correct address, but we cannot be relied upon to spot an error, especially with international orders. You are responsible for entering all relevant information correctly. If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will need to pay for the order to be re-sent.

If your package has been over the maximum estimated delivery time by 14 days or more, please contact us for details. For times where heavy volume of packages are expected, please allow up to 28 days for your package to arrive before contacting us.

While cheaper, untracked shipping methods can be risky and are prone to taking a long time and or getting lost. If you choose this shipping method you agree to that you are aware of the risks that and KC Airsoft will not be held liable for any lost or late packages.

 

If an item was returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or if it was rejected by the sender, there will be a minimum of 15% restocking fee applied if a refund is issued. All refunded orders will be to store credit only.
