• All sales transactions are completed in BC and are subject to BC's laws and regulations.
• All shipping is done via Canada Post.
  
• KC Airsoft, its owners, affiliates, and employees are not responsible for the actions of customers, including damage, penalties, claims, or other obligations caused by your ownership of airsoft markers. 
  
• Buyer assumes full responsibility of all liabilities, damages, injuries, modifications done to products, local laws and regulations, and ownership of airsoft markers. 
  
• KC Airsoft will not be responsible for injuries and damage caused by improper use.
• Pricing, specifications, availability and special promotions are subject to change without notice.
• KC Airsoft reserves the right to cancel or modify an order under any condition. 
• All content is subject to change without prior notice.
